Say Yes to Your Offer
Offers of admission are made by the Office of the Registrar through decision letters that will be released starting after February 1, 2012 for 2012/2013 programs and will continue to be issued until programs are filled.
Did you apply to more than one program at Fanshawe? If so, you may receive a separate decision letter for each program; admission decisions are made on a rolling basis until all spots are filled. Check your Admission Status on your WebAdvisor account regularly for the most up-to-date information.

Confirm your Offer
Offer of Admission
The Offer of Admission contains the start date and any admission conditions to be completed 3 weeks prior to the start of classes.
In order to secure your spot at Fanshawe you must confirm your offer of admission to your chosen program through ontariocolleges.ca by the Acceptance Deadline printed on your Offer Letter.
It is possible that you’ll get an offer of admission for a program that is not your first choice. Go ahead and accept the offer to your second or third choice while you’re waiting for a decision on your first choice. If you were offered and confirmed a waitlist spot for your first choice we will let you know if a space becomes available. Track your application status on WebAdvisor.
Confirm online:
- Go to www.ontariocolleges.ca
- Click on Confirm
- Click on Confirm Now
- Sign in using your ontariocolleges.ca username and password
- From the left navigation of your applicant dashboard, select "View Offers"
- Select the offer of admission you would like to confirm and click on the Confirm button
Confirm by phone:
- Call ontariocolleges.ca Customer Contact Centre at 1-888-892-2228 (in Canada only) or 519-763-4725
- Staff will confirm your offer of admission over the phone
- Make sure you have your decision letter with you when you call
After you have confirmed your offer, Fanshawe will send you more information regarding registration and fees.
Tuition Fees
A listing of the 2012–2013 fees for full-time post-secondary programs will be available in May 2012.
Maintain Your Offer
It is very important that you continue in any programs or courses in which you are currently enrolled to ensure that you maintain appropriate academic standing to meet admission requirements.
Admission conditions will be provided in your letter. Admission conditions are the courses, grades, gpa standing etc. that are required for your program. These can also be found on the college website under programs and courses. Be sure to look at the information under 2012-13. Click here to go there now.
Further registration requirements are required for many programs. For example, if you are offered admission to a program in Health Science, Nursing or Human Services you may be required to complete a form to provide proof of good health, immunizations, etc. Other programs require math or English testing. Many programs have registration conditions and it is very important that you complete all requirements. Check www.fanshawec.ca/registration to see if your program is listed and following the Steps on the Road to Completing Your Registration. Due to scheduling, some registration conditions for programs beginning in the Winter or Summer Terms may not be set. Please check back for updated links to the documents listed under your program.
After you have confirmed your offer, Fanshawe will send you more information regarding registration and fees.
Students starting in a Winter 2013 or Summer 2013 Term will receive information in November and March, respectively.
Offer to Waitlist
Waitlist Offers are made when more applications were received for the program than there are available spaces. Your waitlist offer must be confirmed for your name to remain on the waitlist. Fanshawe College will advise you when a space becomes available by phone and/or email. Make sure your contact information is up-to-date through ontariocolleges.ca.

- Click on Click here to log in to WebAdvisor now
- Log in using your Fanshawe WebAdvisor User ID and Password
- If you have misplaced your WebAdvisor User ID or Password, please use the Reset feature
- Click on Applicants
- Click on Confirm/Cancel WaitList Offer
- Enter Y beside Program(s) to confirm your waitlist position
- Click OK
